Stability Ball Ab Superset – My go to ab workout

On of my favorite core supersets. I often throw 4-5 sets of this at the end of my workouts. 15-25 reps each movement depending on level.

  1. Leg raise with hip thrust
  2. 90 Degree Crunches
  3. Toe Touches

This may look easy, but it is highly effective. Can be done on the road using a pillow between your legs as well.
