Push-Up – Incline Bench

This is a great way to take you chest training to another level. Oftentimes my chest is so burned out I cannot do another regular push-up with good form. This is where incline push-ups come into play. You can do them on a bench as shown for convenience or even use a smith machine bar and increase the incline each set until you’re basically vertical and wondering just how sore you are going to be tomorrow.
