Machine Squat to Deadlift

This is a sick leg superset. I recommend doing this towards the beginning of your leg day and going heavy or finish with this to totally destroy yourself. Keep deadlifts at the appropriate weight to maintain good form. If you don’t have the first machine shown, you can also use a leg press machine or begin with a barbell squat. Aim for 5 sets minimum. Rest time here should be around one minute.
