Flat Bench Dumbbell Fly

Form Points:
-Increasing the angle of the elbow decreases leverage, thus greater difficulty.
-Pick a spot or line on the ceiling and keep the dumbbells following that path
-Shoulders back, upper back pinched together
-Do not bring dumbbells together past torso. There is almost no chest activation at that point. Only makes sense when using cables. By pausing before this point you will keep greater tension on your chest for the duration of the movement.
