Dumbbell Fly to Close Grip Press – One Movement

This is an incredible movement for the chest. Instead of doing a normal fly, start with a neutral grip and dumbbells pressed together then press up. Do not use the skinny metal dumbbells if going light as your fingers might get smashed (speaking from experience). At the top of the close grip press, instead of lowering the dumbbells go into a fly movement. At the bottom bring them in as if doing a very low fly. Press up and continue.
