Chest Superset 1: Cable Flys high and low, Pushups, Knee Pushups, Static Pushup

In order to put even greater focus into my chest I like to perform cable flys on my knees. Of course, that’s not the point of this video.

  1. High to Low Cable Flys
  2. Low to High Cable Flys
  3. Pushups
  4. Knee Pushups
  5. Not shown, but you can also add one more level of pain. Finish with by holding yourself in the top portion of a pushup with your arms slightly bent, not locked out. Hold until your face hits the floor.
