-Always Use a weight you can confidently control. Start lighter and move up before attempting heavy weight
-Do not let working knee buckle inwards
-Always use a solid base to step on
-Chest up, neutral spin, core tight. Same basic form tips as squatting apply.
-Do not excessively bend forward when stepping up. Drop the weight if this is an issue
-Try higher rep ranges with a taller box and heavier weight with a shorter box. Both will attack your legs differently.
